Full-time Terminal Manager role overseeing terminal operations, passenger service, staff, safety, revenue controls, and operational reporting at three Anambra locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day terminal operations and coordinate vehicle departures, arrivals, passenger movement, boarding, and scheduling.
- Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and other operational personnel, including duty allocation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure passenger-service quality, resolve complaints, and maintain a professional terminal environment.
- Enforce safety, compliance, incident reporting, and operational-risk controls.
- Monitor ticketing, collections, expenses, documentation, and terminal-performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of terminal and passenger operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational demands.
