How verification works
We built Ideal Opportunities to be a safe place to find work. That means two layers of review: every employer, and every listing.
Step 1
Employer registers
Every employer creates a company profile with their website, contact details, and a short description. No payment required.
Step 2
Admin reviews the employer
Our team checks the company profile, website, email domain, and contact details. If something looks off, we ask for more information or decline the request.
Step 3
Employer is approved
Approved employers receive a verified badge and can submit job listings. Verification is manual and can be revoked at any time.
Step 4
Every listing is reviewed
Listings do not go live immediately. Each one is reviewed for authenticity, clarity, and scam signals before it appears on the site.
Step 5
Ongoing monitoring
Reports from job seekers are reviewed by our team. Employers that repeatedly violate our rules are suspended and their listings are removed.
Never pay to apply for a job
No legitimate employer asks you to pay a registration fee, training fee, or processing fee before hiring you. If a listing asks for money, report it. We take every report seriously.
