Full-time, on-site student counselling role advising prospective students on overseas study options, supporting marketing and promotional activity, sourcing clients, and maintaining student records.
Responsibilities
- Provide students and clients with current information and appropriate counselling
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns, promotional events, and presentations
- Source and maintain clients and provide effective client service
- Update student information on the student portal and submit progress reports
- Monitor competitor activity and maintain confidentiality of company business
Requirements
- Minimum HND qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience counselling students to study abroad, especially in Australia, Canada, and the UK
- English language proficiency
