Full-time staff bus driver role responsible for safe, compliant and properly maintained use of assigned vehicles, including buses and trucks, in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Use and handle assigned vehicles effectively and properly
- Keep assigned vehicle documents valid, complete and up to date
- Report vehicle faults, breakdowns or defective parts and follow through on repair or replacement
- Ensure prompt servicing and monitor service quality
- Use vehicles correctly for their intended purposes
Requirements
- Senior school certificate (SSCE/GCE/NECO)
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience with buses and trucks; applicants with 10 years' driving experience may also apply
- Valid driver's licence and ability to drive cars, buses and 16–22 tonne trucks
- Integrity, good character, discipline, and knowledge of traffic codes and signs
- Good administrative and communication skills; ability to work in a team
