Design, manage, and optimize clients’ IT infrastructure and systems; provide technical leadership and troubleshoot complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and monitor IT systems, network infrastructure, operating systems, and core applications.
- Provide escalated technical support for hardware, software, network, and systems issues across client accounts.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, backups, and proactive performance monitoring.
- Guide and mentor junior IT engineers and conduct code or system reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deploy solutions and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, network administration, and systems support.
- Expertise configuring and managing Windows/Linux servers, LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, storage, and cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
- Advanced diagnostic skills across hardware, software, operating-system, and network layers, including disaster recovery and backup management.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+/Security+.
- Client-facing communication, technical mentoring, and multi-client SLA management experience.
