Full-time retail sales role at BrandCo Nigeria Limited focused on customer service, product recommendations, shop-floor selling, visual merchandising, sales targets, market-data gathering, and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable shopping experiences through customer engagement and exceptional service.
- Promote brand and product awareness using product and technical knowledge.
- Maintain product placement and visual-merchandising standards.
- Drive sales revenue toward financial and performance targets.
- Gather market, customer, feedback, trend, demographic, and sales data and monitor inventory accuracy to maximize sales and prevent shrinkage.
Requirements
- OND qualification.
- 0–1 year of work experience; no related industry experience is required because training is provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to sell on the shop floor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
