Responsibilities
- Execute the core duties associated with the Rooms Division Manager position in line with organizational procedures and agreed objectives.Plan and prioritize assigned work, communicate progress, and escalate material issues promptly.Maintain accurate documentation, records, and work outputs relevant to the function.Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service or operational outcomes.Follow applicable quality, safety, confidentiality, compliance, and professional standards.Maintain service, presentation, hygiene, inventory, and guest-experience standards relevant to the operation.
Requirements
- Relevant education, training, or demonstrable professional experience appropriate to the hospitality & food services function.Practical capability consistent with the responsibilities of a manager / supervisor role.Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and professional judgment.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.Strong service orientation and ability to maintain quality, hygiene, safety, and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
