BrandCo Nigeria Limited is hiring four full-time Retail Assistant Store Managers to oversee store operations, sales growth, customer service, team leadership, inventory, compliance, and performance reporting across its Lagos mall locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies, analyze performance, and implement promotions to achieve store targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, handle inquiries and complaints, and train staff in customer-service practices.
- Recruit, train, schedule, mentor, and review sales associates while managing productivity.
- Maintain stock levels, coordinate replenishment and deliveries, and control shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Oversee cleanliness, visual merchandising, safety and SOP compliance, cash/POS operations, reconciliations, audits, and management reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail-management experience.
- Experience supervising teams, supporting day-to-day retail operations, driving sales, and delivering customer service.
- Proficiency with retail-management systems including POS, inventory, and CRM.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
