Full-time Pump Technician role with Smartflow Technologies Limited in Abuja, focused on installing and maintaining retail filling-station equipment, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting customers, and reporting maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain retail filling-station equipment.
- Identify and resolve technical issues using diagnostic techniques and tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear explanations and solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent future technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records and report activities to the supervisor.
- Interface with team leads and the head of unit.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Experience with dispensing pumps and electric motors is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, cognitive, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of relevant health and safety standards.
