Oversee daily operations of an 11-unit premium service apartment complex, including guest experience, property upkeep, staffing, occupancy, vendors, billing, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries or concerns
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security workflows
- Manage booking platforms, occupancy tracking, vendors, billing, and financial reporting
- Inspect all 11 units for cleanliness, amenities, and functionality standards
- Recruit, train, and schedule support staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, property management, or a similar service-oriented leadership role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on high-end customer service
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software and digital booking channels
- Ability to work independently and make decisive property-maintenance and guest-satisfaction decisions
