Coordinates regional warehouse and inventory operations, team supervision, and space optimization for efficient program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across assigned regional facilities and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Lead physical stock counts, reconciliations, inventory reviews, and corrective action for variances.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and compliance, including receiving, dispatch, transfers, records, and audit readiness.
- Lead and coach warehouse supervisors and teams while coordinating with Logistics, Procurement, QA/QC, and field teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, agribusiness, science and engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations experience, including supervision, management, or coordination.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to lead, motivate, plan, prioritize, and delegate.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and reconciliation, WMS, stock control, HSE, data analysis, process improvement, documentation, and compliance.
