Full-time field role promoting DKT Nigeria products to healthcare providers, building customer relationships, generating demand, and sourcing orders in assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product-detailing visits to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, PPMVs, clinics, pharmacies and other approved outlets
- Communicate approved product information and answer customer questions within authorised scope
- Build and maintain healthcare-provider and customer relationships in the assigned territory
- Identify demand, generate leads, obtain and record customer orders, and submit them to Sales
- Collect competitor and market intelligence and report customer, availability and market feedback
- Submit activity reports and maintain accurate visit, lead, order and customer records
Requirements
- Science graduate with approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with pharmacies, PPMVs, private clinics or healthcare providers is desirable
- Exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare product promotion is desirable
- Effective professional communication, customer orientation and relationship-building ability
- Ability to use mobile devices and reporting tools for activity and customer records
