Full-time IT Manager role responsible for managing IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security, technical support, IT personnel, projects, vendors, documentation, and business continuity for Domeo Resources International (DRI).
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, availability, and performance of computers, servers, networks, and business applications.
- Implement IT security policies, access controls, backups, data-protection measures, and incident response.
- Provide and coordinate technical support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and business continuity.
- Supervise IT personnel, assign work, evaluate performance, and support staff development.
- Plan IT strategy and projects, manage vendors and assets, prepare budgets, and report on IT performance and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of relevant IT experience, preferably including supervisory or management responsibility.
- Demonstrable experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, systems management, and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, Microsoft certifications, or ITIL are advantageous.
