Full-time HR Officer role supporting recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records, HR administration, employee engagement, and general HR operations at AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment from job posting and sourcing through interview coordination and placement.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, maintain recruitment trackers, and follow up with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and support offers, pre-employment documentation, and background checks.
- Support onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave administration, HR reports, employee enquiries, engagement, and employee-relations documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate electronic and physical employee records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of relevant work experience after NYSC.
- Generalist HR experience with practical recruitment and talent-acquisition exposure.
- Good recruitment-process knowledge, communication, organisation, record-keeping, Microsoft Office, confidentiality, and follow-up skills.
