Full-time HR Manager role overseeing recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, staff welfare, training, reporting, and HR-process improvement for Foresight Innovative Solutions Limited.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including profiling, screening, assessments, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Support management and departmental heads with staffing requirements and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
- Oversee HR administration, employee records, documentation, policies, labour-law compliance, welfare, and benefits.
- Coordinate training and development, prepare HR reports, advise management, and improve HR processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant HR generalist experience covering recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
- Good understanding of Nigerian employment practices and labour regulations.
- Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR information systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage competing priorities; professional HR certification is an advantage.
