Full-time residential House Parent role at Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls, providing pastoral care, supervision, welfare monitoring, routine management, safeguarding support, and boarding-house standards for students.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day pastoral care and supervise students' morning, evening, study, recreation, and bedtime routines.
- Monitor student welfare, behaviour, wellbeing, attendance, incidents, and safeguarding concerns, escalating issues promptly.
- Maintain boarding-house cleanliness, organisation, standards, professional boundaries, and student accountability.
- Prepare handover notes and reports and collaborate with school leadership, pastoral staff, and other departments.
- Participate in evening, weekend, and overnight boarding duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum NCE, Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of previous experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience in a school, boarding school, residential care, youth programme, or similar setting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, observational, behaviour-management, safeguarding, and teamwork skills.
