Tiko seeks firms or individuals for routine monthly and ad hoc verification audits of family-planning, HIV-testing, stock, and related sexual and reproductive health data at facilities in Abuja FCT and Nasarawa. The engagement expects about 20–25 audits per month and reports within five working days.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine monthly and ad hoc verification audits of family-planning and HIV/SRH service data at Tiko-designated facilities.
- Review facility family-planning registers, Ministry of Health aggregated reports, HIV testing records, and stock or inventory evidence.
- Complete approximately 20–25 audits per month across the two states and submit the collected data in Tiko’s required formats.
- Submit audit reports within five working days of request and include insights identified in the field.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in similar assignments with non-governmental organizations.
- Submit an activity plan specifying budgeted hours, timelines, procedure sequence, and staffing levels.
- Provide CVs for proposed professional staff and the authorized representative showing relevant experience.
- The service provider must be a registered firm in the country where services will be provided.
