Full-time role leading partnership strategy, donor and stakeholder engagement, proposal and fundraising development, CRM processes, and partnership performance reporting for OED Foundation.
Responsibilities
- Lead partnership strategy execution across NGOs, corporates, donors, and institutions.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities and develop proposals, partnership decks, investment cases, and fundraising strategies.
- Manage partner relationships and serve as liaison on shared goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Coordinate proposal development, reporting, CRM/documentation, pipeline tracking, and partnership-performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in development studies, International Relations, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in partnership development, fundraising, business development, or donor relations, preferably in nonprofit or social-impact work.
- Proven record securing and managing corporate, government, NGO, and international-funder partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, proposal-writing, grant-development, project-management, CRM, and Microsoft Office skills.
