Full-time customer service and sales role in Port Harcourt for Ellasot Consulting’s client, covering customer assistance, product promotion, sales, complaints handling, inventory support, transactions, and basic reporting.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers, provide product information, identify needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales and build positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor stock, assist with inventory management, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Support displays and promotions and prepare basic sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
- Proven ability to generate sales, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
- Basic inventory-management and stock-control knowledge.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
