Full-time Building Engineer role supervising building construction and property maintenance projects for Intelligence Properties in Lagos, including drawings, contractors, safety, materials, schedules, quality control, inspections, renovations, and progress reporting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise building construction from foundation through finishing.
- Interpret and execute structural and architectural drawings.
- Manage artisans, contractors, and site workers for quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards while monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, handle property maintenance and renovation, and prepare weekly progress reports.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building-construction supervision.
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings and using AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, costing, and finishing.
- Must reside within Lagos; CORBON/NIOB registration is an added advantage.
