Full-time Accountant role for Domeo Resources International in a luxury-hotel operation, covering daily accounting, hotel-revenue reconciliation, receivables/payables, cash and bank reconciliation, expense and inventory controls, payroll support, reporting, audit support, and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions, ledgers, journals, accruals, adjustments, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile hotel revenue across rooms, restaurants, bars, events, laundry, PMS, and POS systems.
- Manage customer and supplier account records, invoices, reconciliations, overdue balances, and payment documentation.
- Monitor cash collections, petty cash, bank deposits, bank reconciliations, expenses, budgets, inventory, and cost controls.
- Assist with payroll, monthly management accounts, financial reporting, audits, statutory compliance, and internal-control improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification or progress toward ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Previous experience in a reputable 4-star, 5-star, or superior luxury hotel is strongly preferred.
- Experience with revenue reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, financial reporting, Excel, and hotel PMS/POS or accounting systems.
